When will my order ship?

The "Ready to Ship in" time is listed in the "Shipping & Policies" tab. Please note that every single item in the shop is handmade and customized to order, and therefore not ready to ship immediately upon receipt of payment. For shipping times and policies, please see our Shop Policies.

What is the difference between a Sash and a Belt? What size trimming/beading on my sash should I select?

Our sashes are made with your choice of 18", 24" or 30" trimming/beading. The total length of the sash with the ribbon attached is 72" and it ties in the back. Our belts are made to measure. They finish with a hook and eye closure and have beading that extends all the way around your waist for a customized look. The belt listing will give you the option to select your waist size down to the 1/2".

Do you accept rush orders?

Absolutely. Please send us a message prior to ordering and let us know the date you need your piece for and where you're located. We can then confirm when it will arrive and whether or not you'll need to select a shipping upgrade at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Most of our pieces are handmade and customized to order, therefor considered a final sale. Please check each item description as some pieces are eligible to be exchanged. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can assist you with a replacement.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
