How do I access my digital download?

After your purchase, you will get instant access to your files via Etsy. You can also find them anytime under Your Account → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files. Here’s the direct link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Please make sure to use a web browser (vs. the mobile app) to download your files, as this is a requirement by Etsy.

How do I access my digital download if I don’t have an Etsy account?

If you purchased as a guest, your download link will be included in the receipt email from Etsy. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. To avoid future issues, you can add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list. If you still can’t find your download, feel free to send us a message via Etsy — we’ll be happy to help.

I used Apple Pay and can’t find my download — what should I do?

If you used Apple Pay or logged in with an Apple ID, you may have selected the “Hide My Email” option when creating your account. In this case, Etsy sent the download information to a randomly generated email address instead of your personal one. If you cannot locate your order at www.etsy.com/your/purchases using a computer (not the mobile app), please contact us via Etsy messages.

My file is a ZIP or PDF — how do I open it?

Some of our downloads come as a ZIP folder (with multiple images) or as a PDF with a Google Drive link. You don’t need a Google account — just click “Download” and use the download button to get the files in full resolution (instead of using “Save As”).

Where can I print these files for the best results?

Here are a few quick tips. Your download also includes a Size Guide with all the details about ratios and dimensions. Yes! We can customize size, color, and orientation for most prints. If you’d like something adjusted, simply send us a message via Etsy before purchasing. We’ll be happy to let you know what’s possible and guide you through the process.

Do you allow commercial use?

All VisualArt2Print digital downloads are for personal use only. They cannot be sold, shared, distributed, modified, or reproduced for commercial purposes or resale in any form. Any unauthorized commercial use or editing is considered copyright infringement.

Can I return or exchange a digital download?

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. Instant download items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled, as per Etsy policy.
