How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination. We ship all orders from Pennsylvania using USPS. Below are the estimated shipping time frames based on the delivery method chosen at checkout. First Class:2-5 days Priority Mail:2-3 days Parcel Ground:2-9 days International:2-3 weeks

Why are orders from Pennsylvania and Washington states charging sales tax?

The sales tax you are seeing is actually charged by Etsy. We as a seller on Etsy are not collecting the sales tax and don't have access to override that setting. How long will it take until my order ships?

What is distressed vs non distressed?

We custom refinish each painted order and then "distress" the item with the same sandpaper grit per item. Distressing can vary from item to item, however, all items are distressed with the same sand paper grit and technique. No two items will look exactly the same.

International Duties and Import Fees

All buyers are responsible for paying any import fees imposed by their country at time of delivery. These fees can not be charged at the time of the order since the amount is unknown at that time. Please be aware of these charges if you are shipping an item overseas (we ship from USA).

Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel orders within 24 hours. We are a custom made to order shop and we need to adhere to this due to the nature of our business.

Are you a manufacturer?

We are a custom refinishing shop, not a manufacturer. All the possible styles and sizes of items that we offer are shown in our shop. Most of the items that we carry are cast iron and may have slight variations or minor imperfections that occur during the casting prcess.
