Do you accept Returns and Exchanges on Personalized and Custom Orders?

Please note that custom and personalized orders are nonrefundable. If there is an error on my part, or if you are unhappy with your order, please contact me immediately. Thank you!

* Only .925 Sterling Silver, 14K gold-fill, and USA made Pewter metals are used in creating Tickle Bug Jewelry. Our Tickle Bug Kidz line uses lightweight aluminum along with sterling silver chains.

Please understand that Sterling Silver naturally tarnishes over time, but there are some ways to keep your heirloom quality pieces looking like new! Store in the gift box included with your order or a quality anti-tarnish jewelry box. Never use chemical jewelry cleaners, especially with hand-stamped oxidized pieces. It is too harsh and will remove the darkened lettering. Instead, a jewelry polishing cloth (found in the add on section of my shop) is the best way to rub off that surface tarnish. Please do not shower and swim while wearing.

All TBJ is beautifully packaged in an aqua and purple gift box and silver ribbon. It is then placed in a beautiful silver and white striped bag and sealed. Whether you are ordering as a gift to yourself, or someone else, we want you to be proud of your purchase! Please send a note in your order if this is going straight to the recipient, and I would be happy to include a complimentary hand-written gift note! Just let me know what you would like to say!
