This kit enables repeatable parallel rip cuts using your Wen Track Saw's Guide Rails. The kit contains 3D-printed parts and fastener hardware, but you provide your own aluminum extrusion rails:
* 2x Length adapters
* 2x Guide Rail adapters
* 2x Guide Rail inserts
* 2x end caps
* 4x M5 nuts (in Guide Rail inserts)
* 4x M5 t-nuts (attach adapters to 2040 extrusion)
* 4x short M5 bolts (attach adapters to 2040 extrusion)
* 4x long M5 bolts (attach adapters to Guide Rail)

I suggest 600mm length (<$30 for two pieces) which will gives ~29in rip capacity. Affiliate link:

It might be cheaper to buy 700 / 800mm and cut it down. Anything longer than 600mm may put too much strain on the brackets.

Right/left tape shouldn't matter... just flip it around?

I have been tested on Wen, Makita and Powertec tracks. The brackets will always be black, but message me if you want a different color for the bolts / inserts. Any alternate colors will likely be bright and not match a tool brand.

Other folks have reported success with Ridgid and Festool FS 1400/2 tracks, but may have to sand down the track inserts (side opposite the nuts).


WARNING: The adapters are secured using slight friction when the bolts pull on the inserts / t-nuts. Do not over-tighten as this can damage the plastic.

NOTE: This part has been printed with extra walls for robustness, but the extrusion is heavy so both sides should be supported when lifting.
