This Medical Alert ID bracelet is made from high-quality bolo leather in pretty shades of purple and pink with a beautifully engraved stainless steel tag. It includes two faceted glass bead charms that bring the sparkle! The stainless steel chain is also faceted cut to add an extra layer of glam. Plus, you get to choose another charm of your choice!

👉 When ordering, choose your actual wrist measurement. I will add on for comfort fit. **Please don’t guess on your measurement!** I have no way of knowing your actual size unless this info is correct. I want you to have a lovely bracelet you can wear comfortably :)

I love this bracelet. Its really cute and very easy to read. Update I have been wearing the bracelet for 3 days now and the two purple beads have now fallen off. The moon is still there though. But I will be reinforcing it. Update again. The customer service was absolutely perfect! They found out the beads fell off and immediately offered to send replacements. I just got the beads and put them on the bracelet! Its perfect now! Thank you!
