Custom and personalized orders

Each piece based on a reading will be completely customized to your energetic system. For this reason, we do not allow returns, as no one else could wear your piece.

Think of them as Gremlins - DO NOT GET THEM WET. (And do not feed them after midnight.) Pieces can be energetically cleansed under the full moon. They can also be cleansed with selenite, clear quartz, kyanite, or himalayan salt. Some crystals cannot be charged with salt Pieces can also be placed out in the New Moon to recharge their intention. (PLEASE SEE OTHER FAQ'S FOR WHICH CRYSTALS ARE NOT WATER/SALT/SUN SAFE.)

"My package says delivered but I do not see it."

Occasionally packages are scanned as delivered and unable to be found, showing up in the next few days. Your next steps would be: Check with neighbors to see if it was delivered there instead. Call your local post office to confirm it was delivered to the correct address. File a complaint with your post office. If your package is stolen or missing, file a police report with your local post office. Oracle Gemworks is not responsible for packages once they are in the care of USPS. I have no more power than you do working with them to find your package. I use Etsy guidelines for shipping, printing your label directly from your order. Please make sure the shipping order is correct, as it cannot be edited on my end.

This necklace was hand created by Nina of Oracle GemWorks and infused with reiki. This particular piece was energized with the intention to bring the wearer to a more loving and compassionate relationship with self.

Due to the vibrational energetics of these pieces, everyone reacts differently and results may vary based on the wearer's own auric field.

Oracle GemWorks pieces can be recharged under the New Moon and cleared of absorbed/excess energy under the Full Moon! You can also place on a Selenite Slab, chunk of Clear Quartz, or Himalayan Salt Lamp to cleanse as necessary.

As with all Oracle GemWorks pieces, this reiki blessed necklace has received all the good juju and set the intention has been set to propel you to your greatest and highest good!
