Exchanges/Refunds are only granted if the damage or incorrect item has been sent by the seller. If the issue was caused by an error on our end, we do accept returns for items that are unused and unwashed, and we will gladly send a replacement once the item is returned to us.

Once your package is handed to the carrier (USPS), we cannot control the shipping process and are not responsible for delays or losses in transit. * Returned orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee.
