For eligible standard items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please note: This 14-day return period does not apply to made-to-order items. Please return items with their original or suitable packaging. Ensure your items are securely packed, otherwise the return will not be eligible for a refund. Buyers are responsible for paying all postage costs, including return postage costs as well as the original costs of sending the item, which will not be refunded. If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. No refund will be given for worn jewellery or damage due to wear and tear, misuse, or items that have not been secured with protective packaging.

Reshipping and returned packages

The Reshipping Fee is the cost of the Original Shipping Cost (As the Shipping Label has to be paid for again for it to be shipped) plus the Royal Mail "Return to Sender" Charge of which is equivalent to the cost of the Original Shipping Cost. So the Reshipping Fee is equal to around double the Original Shipping Cost.

Incorrect address, shipping information

I take no responsibility for packages returned to us due to the delivery status of the package being placed as, or the reasoning for the return of the package being: "Not Called For", "Not Called For - Returned/ Returning to Sender", "Returned/ Returning to Sender", "Unclaimed", "Incorrect Shipping Address", "Failed Delivery Attempt", or any status or reason similar to this. If your parcel has been returned to us for any of the above reasons, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address from you for us to reship your package back out to you.

When handling my crystals I advice you to handle with care as some minerals and gems cannot get wet.

Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions and cleaning products. Always put on jewellery last and remove first to avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and other beauty products. Remove before bathing, swimming and sleeping. Remove your bracelet before gardening. Elasticated bracelets should be gently rolled on and off to prevent overstretching. Store your jewellery in a pouch or jewellery box.

Customs and Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Ethically sourced - what does that mean?

Ethically sourced: the products are purchased through uncapitalised individuals who extract crystals as their sole source of income, often in areas where no other sources of income are available. The miners and workers are paid well and are content in the working conditions. No children are used to do the mining work. If machinery is needed to extract deposits, the machinery is checked for safety use to ensure they have a safe procedure for extraction.

What if I have received a damaged item?

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely, however sometimes accidents happen and items may arrive damaged. Should you receive a damaged item, please drop us an ETSY message including a couple of photos of the damaged item within 1 day of receiving your item. Damaged items will not be refunded after the 1 day period has passed. We will aim to reply to you within 24 hours. Please note, if an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, we cannot be held responsible. If deemed appropriate, it may be necessary to send the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances, the buyer must pay for the return postage costs. Does not include general wear and tear.

Seller's description

Stunning super premium quality Argentina Rhodochrosite sphere. The natural and genuine pink gemstone has been ethically mined with no child labour involved in Argentina. I have personally handpicked this round crystal ornament for you. I hope you'll love it as much as I do. Beautiful colour, stunning pattern and quality.
Argentina Rhodochrosite is one of the national symbols of Argentina.

Sorry for the bad video quality. My camera unfortunately doesn't take good videos. The video has too much of a yellow hue and the sphere looks totally washed out. I wanted you to be able to see the sphere from all sides.

Please check the sizes below with a ruler to make sure that you are happy with the size of the polished crystal ornament. The spheres are sold as 25mm spheres but I have checked the size for you to avoid disappointment. The spheres are polished by hand and sizes vary slightly.

Size: approx.: 23mm

PLEASE NOTE: as crystals are natural, each and every gemstone has its own totally unique colouring, inclusions and markings.
Colours may vary from the photos taken due to the settings on your phone or monitor display and reflections on the polished crystal surface. Product colours can also vary in different lighting and environments. Mobile phone displays often show totally oversaturated colours.

Due to the UK leaving the EU January 2021, you may have to pay customs and import charges when your item arrives. These charges are generally based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any taxes, duties, and fees added by your country.
For more important info go to the FAQ section.
As a customer of Dreamstones Boutique, it’s your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them. Please check with your country's customs office for more specific details.
Not wanting to pay customs and / or not wanting to sign for a delivery and to simply let a parcel return to the sender is not a valid reason to cancel an order or request a refund for the order after the order has been dispatched and shipped out to you.
Please note: Etsy sellers are not allowed to tick the gift box on the customs form. If you want to send something as a gift it is better that you order the gift to your address in the UK and ship it yourself to the gift recipient. Otherwise the recipient of the gift has to pay custom charges even if you have already paid the countries VAT charges.
