Asked for longer straps, no response & request not fulfilled. Did receive message about shipping delay which was fine. Insulation seems much thinner than other lunch bags I've had, will have to see how well it keeps food cool. Well made bag with nice material, pockets, colour, & pattern. Will be challenging to carry on my shoulder when full with such short straps.
