I accept returns in the same condition the item(s) were received, preferably in the same packaging it was shipped in.
Purchases made with free shipping are subject to my normal return policy in addition to a possible restocking fee charged equal to the retail rate of the postage cost set by Etsy shipping.

Almost all of my items are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Everything I create is lead free. Please read the information provided and if you have any questions I'll happily answer as quickly as possible.

To ensure you are getting your items in good condition, sometimes it takes a little bit of extra padding and protection to ensure the safe delivery of the item(s) you are looking forward to receiving. I've received some interesting customer photos that exhibit exactly how necessary it is to securely ship my ceramic items and some are downright verging on miraculous survivals. There may be some extra cardboard to guarantee your one of a kind artwork gets to you safe and sound with the least amount of resistance.
