HOW IT WORKS

Please review our customization options carefully (be sure to check all the images in this listing).
1) Select your desired size and number of duplicates from the pull-down menu.
2) Choose your silhouette and background colors (refer to the color names provided). You can also add personalized text at no extra charge—options include a name, date, age, or quote. Don’t forget to indicate your preferred font number (see images for options).
3) If you're ordering silhouettes for MORE THAN ONE person or pet, you can select the quantity at checkout after adding the product to your cart.

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR TRANSACTION:
•Email your hi-res profile/side view photos to: images(@)simplysilhouettes.com or send via etsy message. Not sure which photo to use? Feel free to send several and we will choose the best.
•You will receive your FREE proof within 3-5 business days (M-F) and can make any corrections at that time. Additional proofs are available at no charge. Once you are happy with your order, we'll get it into production and it should ship within one week.
•If you would like to see a proof of more than one photo, there will be a $10 charge for each additional silhouette that you request.

PHOTO TIPS:
•Have your subject stand or sit up straight, in profile, against a light colored background.
•Position yourself right at their eye level so that you are looking directly at them.
•Make sure to include their ENTIRE head, shoulders and hair in the photo. The subject should have a relaxed, natural expression on their face. For girls with long hair, we recommend having their hair up in a bun or ponytai, but this is not mandatory.
•Action shots tend to work best for full body shots, so that arms and legs are visible, not held close to the body.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
•IF YOU LIVE IN THE US, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is provided.
•Expedited shipping is available - please contact us prior to purchase if you need this option.
•Your print will ship unframed in rigid packaging. Prints larger than 8x10 are shipped in a tube.
