We accept returns for unwanted items as long as they have not been used and are in their original packaging. Please notify us before returning orders.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and no initial shipping costs will be refunded. When returning orders with free shipping, the refund given will be equal to the value of goods returned less the relevant amount of the discounted shipping charge applied to your order.

Refund will ONLY be made after the returned order is received by us and in good condition.

Items should be stored out of direct sunlight, should not be subject to perfumes, hair products or beauty products. Findings will tarnish over time and may be gently polished with a soft cloth but never cleaned with harsh chemicals. Items should also not be worn while in the shower, pool, bathing, etc.
