Yes. We send 10 × 16 inch samples on the actual materials we print on, so you can see true color and feel the finish before committing. Message us with the mural you're considering and the material option, and we'll ship within 1–2 business days.

Can the mural or wallpaper be sized to my specific wall?

Every mural is printed to your exact dimensions - that's how we work by default, at no extra cost. Before ordering, message us with your wall width, height, and any obstacles (outlets, windows, moldings). We'll confirm the right scale for your wall.

Can I change the colors in a mural?

We can lighten or deepen the palette, shift specific tones, or create a colorway that isn't listed in the shop. Send us a reference or a photo of your room and we'll send a digital preview before anything prints.

Which material should I choose?

How long does production and shipping take?

Can I return a mural if I don't like it?

Because every mural is printed to your exact dimensions, we cannot accept returns on completed orders. This is standard for made-to-order wallpaper. What if the mural arrives damaged?

Damage in transit is rare - our packaging is built to prevent it - but when it happens, it's on us to fix. Write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the package. We'll reprint and reship at no cost. No need to return anything first.
