Nadat U contact met me hebt opgenomen stuurt U het item retour. Kopers zijn verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten van retouren. Als het item niet in oorspronkelijke staat teruggestuurd wordt, is de koper verantwoordelijk voor de vermindering in waarde. Nadat ik het item, in dezelfde staat als ik het U heb toegezonden terug heb ontvangen wordt U gerestitueerd.

Parcels Lost or damaged - Requirements for Refund

In case of lost parcels BPost or PostNL will start up an investigation and try to locate the parcel and deliver it to you. This will take some time.. When they confirm to me that the parcel is lost I will refund you immediate for the applicable amount. In case of damage Please inform me asap (within 5 days) I have to submit a case at BPost WITHIN 1 WEEK of delivery. PostNL/BPost requires pictures of the damaged item, the packaging material and the box with shipping label. Please hold them, until BPost confirms no additional pictures are needed. Please note, If BPost/PostNL does not accept the claim ( because of being to late, or not sending the required pictures ) neither will I.

Shipping & Packaging - For the environment

I intend to recycle packaging materials as much as possible Ofcourse I do pack your items with care . Also, I do not send invoices or packing slips (or so ) on paper (unless requested by you or obligated by Customs / Border Control )

Returns from outside the European Union (EU)

I cannot accept returns from outside the EU. Customs and shipping costs are too expensive. If you want to return an item the following will NOT be refunded: * Return shipping costs * Initial shipping fee * A Restocking Fee of 10% of the sales value * Customs Fee (Customs Fee is at least € 15,00) * any additional costs that occur. Also please note it is the responsibility of the customer to recover lost packages or damage. It is recommended to insure valuable items. Make sure that the customs form CN23 is correctly completed (category = RETURN) Include the original invoice (with RETURN written on it) on the outside of the package. If customs charges import taxes then I must deduct this from the amount to be refunded.
