We do our best to ensure all items are packaged securely. However, some things are out of our control and it can happen that products arrive damaged due to the shipping process (e.g. the paper has creased or a wooden frame has been broken). If this happens, please message us and send us photos of the damage and we will happily give you the option of an immediate refund or a free reorder. We appreciate you contacting us directly to come to a resolution.

🚫 Cancellations:

Our store policy is that we do not accept order cancellations. However, we will make exceptions wherever we can. Once you purchase your item, the order is submitted automatically to our printers. Orders go into production usually very quickly so that we can get them to you as soon as possible. If you realise immediately or soon after that you have made a mistake with your order, please message us and we will cancel it if it has not already gone into production.
