The quality of the items I received is very good; however, I noticed a significant issue with the sizing. The opening of the matt is cut to 8x10 inches, which means a standard 8.5x11 inch certificate will not display properly if it is a full print. I purchased two of these with a custom matt (no plate) for an odd-sized print. When I initially inquired about this discrepancy, I was advised to return the items, but then this decision was reversed. Now, I have been informed that they will not recut or replace the matts, nor will accept a return for the product, due to the custom nature of that portion of the order and the 'policy' So, it is my fault for not asking the question about the size cut for the certificate.
