🖐🏻 About My Process

I shape, trim, and glaze pieces myself. The only exception are the few items made by a mold. The majority of the item is shaped by the mold, but it does still require me to sculpt adjustments. Watch my process on YouTube @ Calie & Co!

Some of my items appear to be painted. This is called underglaze. I take extra care to apply 5 coats of each color to get an opaque coverage, then it is covered in a glossy clear glaze. This process takes much longer, which is why they are more expensive. All of these items are dishwasher safe and microwave safe (unless otherwise noted).

🎁 Gift Wrap & Packaging

All my orders are packaged like gifts! It may vary seasonally, but items are typically wrapped in colored tissue paper with confetti, and sealed with gold washi tape. Orders are packed with an ample amount of upcycled packing materials (kraft paper, packing peanuts, etc.) To deter theft, the outside of packages does not contain my branding or hints of what is inside.

📦 Shipping & Processing

All orders are processed in 1-2 days, unless it is a pre-order or custom item. Processing is the amount of time it takes to prepare and package an order. Once an order has been packed, it needs additional time to be shipped.

🧼 Care instructions

All my items are dishwasher safe and microwave safe (unless otherwise noted). Some, but not all are dinnerware safe. (This means the glaze won't change if cutlery is used on it.) None are oven safe.

Let me know your idea and include reference photos.
