What are my options for fast shipping? When will my package arrive?

-After adding your order to the cart, you’ll be able to select expedited shipping options (rush or express). This ensures your package arrives quicker than standard delivery. - Delivery times can vary based on your location, the shipping company’s workload, or weather conditions. Please check your estimated delivery date. If your package is delayed, use your tracking number to monitor its progress. If the delay continues, reach out to the shipping carrier first, and then contact me if needed.

Which brands do you use for your products?

For t-shirts, long sleeves, toddler shirts, raglan, and standard tees, I use Bella+Canvas. Sweatshirts and hoodies are from Gildan. Baby onesies are made by Gerber.

What if the design I like isn't available in my preferred size?

If you love a design but can’t find it in your preferred size or style (e.g., a t-shirt that isn't available as a sweatshirt or onesie), feel free to reach out! I'm happy to assist.

Since I run a small, home-based store with made-to-order products, I don’t keep items in stock and can't resell returned items. Because of this, I do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive the wrong product, I’ll gladly send a replacement. Just send a photo of the incorrect item within 2 days of receiving it. Please note, since everything is custom-made, returns/exchanges are not accepted otherwise.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

To ensure fast service, I begin processing orders quickly. You can request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will be processed as is. If there’s an error in your order and I can’t reach you for confirmation, I may hold it for 1-2 days to resolve the issue. If I don’t receive a response during that time, I may need to cancel the order.

Our printing technique is DTF. Pls wash inside out on delicate in cold water. Pls air dry and iron inside out as well.
