(🌟) How do I care for your badge reels, lanyards, earrings, and charms?

Polymer clay is incredibly durable material, but it's not indestructible! Though we always ensure our items are sturdy and well made, we still encourage handling your items with love and care. Badge reel recommendations: - Avoid overloading your badge reel. It is a standard badge reel, not heavy duty. Additional general recommendations: - Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to clean. Avoid excessive exposure to water. - Avoid slamming or dropping items. - Avoid wearing earrings while showering and sleeping. Our shaker keychains are made of high quality acrylic with a protective film on the back. You can either leave the film for extra protection or remove it for the best clarity!

(🌟) Do you take custom requests?

We are not currently taking any requests for custom orders, but we may in the future. Follow us on Instagram @whattacharmer for the latest updates and offers! :)

(🌟) How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?

Processing time (not including shipping time) is 7-10 business days for clay items; 3-5 business days for ready-to-ship items. Business days are M-F, excluding US holidays. Shipping transit time is dependent on your shipping choice at checkout. Estimated USPS shipping times (not including processing time) are as follows: - Ground Advantage: 2-6 business days - Priority: 1-4 business days - Priority Express: 1-2 business days - First Class International: 2-4 weeks If your tracking status is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received your item, we are not responsible for any misplacement of your package. You will need to contact USPS to locate your package, but we encourage you to reach out to us first to help mediate!

(🌟) What is your cancellation and return/exchange policy?

No order cancellations. We do not currently accept any returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package, and we will happily assist you in resolving any issues.

(🌟) How do I change my shipping address after I already placed an order?

Please contact us directly if you would like to change your shipping address. Changes to your shipping address must be requested PRIOR to shipment of your order. If your order is already in transit, we cannot be held responsible for misdelivery of your package. You will have to contact USPS to locate and redirect your package to the correct address.

(🌟) Do you combine multiple orders?

Due to our growing number of orders, we are unable to automatically combine your orders/refund excess shipping fees. If multiple orders are placed, they will each ship separately with their corresponding shipping fee.

(🌟) Can you expedite my order?

Yes! If you ordered a clay item, we can expedite your order's PROCESSING time to 3-5 business days - meaning your order will be made and ready to ship by 3-5 business days. Your shipping time is dependent on your shipping choice (USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, or Express). (🌟) How are taxes and fees handled with international orders?

Buyers are responsible for paying the import taxes, custom duties and/or fees charged by the destination country. If the package is delivered to the postal office for pick-up, the buyer may be requested to pay these fees at pick-up. Refusal to pick up packages and/or pay fees at the destination country will not be granted a refund. No exceptions.
