What shipping method do we use?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information. Most orders are shipped via USPS, but we may use UPS or FedEx depending on the order size and destination. Shipping times vary by location. For orders within the U.S., estimated delivery for most orders is 3-5 business days. International orders may take 2-4 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services. Please note that shipping times are separate from processing times. For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing, or any fees charged by customs in your country.

Because our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to double-check your personalization details before placing an order. We DO NOT offer refunds for delays caused by the USPS or other shipping partner.

What if my item was received damaged?

We take quality seriously and want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. We require a picture of the damaged item as well as a photo of the box it was shipped in.

Please Help, I received an incorrect item or my item was not personalized correctly.

We take quality seriously and want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives with incorrect personalization, contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and we will respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. ***Please Note*** Please be sure to double check that your personalization information is correct prior to submitting your order. Shipment delays beyond our control

We do our best to ship on time, but once your package is with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, delivery times are out of our control. Order Cancellation Policy

Because we begin working on your personalized order quickly, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to cancel your order. Thank you for understanding!

Can I receive a proof of my order?

Proofs are available upon request only. Due to our order volume, we simply cannot provide a proof for every purchase automatically. We hope you understand :) During peak holiday seasons we cannot provide proofs for purchases unless it is a completely custom design due to the order volume we receive.
