Gift wrapping and packaging

For some items, we now offer gift wrapping or gift messaging. However, rest assured that all orders are tracked and you can contact the recipient when their gift is delivered. No invoices are included with all orders.

How do I send my photos?

You can send photos directly via message on your Etsy order or via email to Kidzoosimple@gmail.com along with your order number and photo. There is no limit to the number of photos you can send. However, for the best composition, we recommend sending 5-6 photos.

Do you provide proofs?

We send proofs with every order! Proofs are sent directly via message on your order. There is a 24 hour window to change the proof. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a satisfaction guarantee and will work with you to find the best solution.

What is your personalized product design?

We welcome any type of personalized design from images to text, people to pets, and more! Some of the unique designs we have illustrated so far include people, pets, and more.

Can I change the shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the shipping address after the item has been shipped.

How long does it take to process an order?

Typically, it takes us 1-3 business days to create and send proofs unless otherwise stated.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it has been shipped?

If your order is returned to us for ANY reason, we can reship the item to you but you will be responsible for the reshipment fee.

Do you offer upgraded shipping?
