Download Link Isn't Showing After Purchase.

If you are using the Etsy app on your phone or tablet etc then I have been told that the download link doesn't show up on those, but it does if you use a computer or laptop etc. The download link should be on your order if you go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Drawing Is All Joined Together

When importing the drawing file into certain app software the vector lines can become all joined together and you cannot separate them. This is just because your app software has decided to group them all together. You just have to Ungroup them one or two times in your app software to separate them so you can move them about freely, Or delete the unwanted lines as you wish.

Inkscape - Imported svg wrong size.

Inkscape imports svg files at 96 dpi where as our files are the standard 72 dpi. Even changing the dpi import settings in Inkscape doesn't seem to work so you are best to import the pdf or dxf files as they import at the correct scale.

Inkscape Shows Blank Screen - No Drawings

The drawing is there but the lines are quite thin. You will have to zoom in a bit and then change the line thickness. You can press 'Control + A' to select all then under 'Fill and Stroke' > 'Stroke Style' change the line width to a higher value. Then you might have to ungroup a couple of times by selecting the drawing and going to > Object > Ungroup.

Lightburn Imports SVG at the Wrong Scale

This is lightburn's import settings that are different to other software's. In Lightburn, If you go to 'Edit' > 'Settings' then in the pop up box on the left click 'File Settings' you will see in the middle on the right 'SVG Import Settings', Change that to 72 DPI which is standard and then everything should be ok. Alternatively you could import either the dxf or ai (illustrator) file and the drawing will be at the correct scale.

XTool - Drawing Wrong Size

Please make sure XTool Creative Space isn't importing the drawing at the wrong scale. If the pop up box says the image is too large to be displayed on the canvas. You need to check "No, display in the original size" for you to see the drawing at the correct size. If you don't see the pop up box maybe its remembered a setting from before to alter its size? You can change that under > Settings > General > Imported Image too large for the canvas. I have also been told in the past if you are using the phone or tablet app then XTool resizes the files and you can't change anything, So it's best to use the pc or laptop software.
