I initially ordered curtains thinking they were blackout. When they arrived and were not, I reached out, asking what I could do to get what I needed. I expected to have to ship my order back and go through a refund and redo the whole process. Instead, all I was asked to do was to buy the liner and was given a completely new set of curtains that met my needs perfectly! They are so beautiful and my daughter absolutely loves them. Loved the curtains but the service went above and beyond!! 10/10!
