It’s very pretty! The badge reel is strong and able to hold up the weight of all the little things I keep attached to it. I bought a badge buddy too which is very heavy, the this reel doesn’t have a problem holding it up. The only problem was shipping, it seems it was not shipped until after the estimated arrival date, I had to send a message and then it shipped. Customer service was good though! She responded right away
