Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping, special packaging or gift notes. Unfortunately, our production partners do not offer this at this time.

Apparel size charts are in with the listing photos and non-apparel items have dimensions listed in the product's description. Apparel: What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

Do you accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations unless your item(s) arrive damaged or defective caused by us during production. All reports of damage/defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt including clear photos of complete item, clear photo of damage, shipping package clearly showing the shipping label and your phone number for the shipping provider. *For metal signs, we highly recommend measuring the space, that you wish to hang your sign, PRIOR to ordering.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Leesie Pete's is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

My order did not arrive "on time," can I return it?

Purchasing from our shop buyer is acknowledging that they are aware that there are potential shipping delays across all shipping carriers and that these delays will increase at peak holiday times. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. There are times when an item can be severely delayed and/or not show as scanned by the carrier. This may seem as if we didn't ship the item. Your shipment is on the way, we just cannot guarantee the timeline. We cannot and will not cancel or refund any orders that do not arrive "on time." If your order does not arrive, please contact me and the shipping carrier. Please understand NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom & Personalized Orders Returns/Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of some of our items, we are not able to accept returns/exchanges/cancellations on personalized items, unless they arrive with a production mistake on our end, such as incorrect font, colors or design, other than what the buyer selected. Buyer typing any incorrect information into the personalization box is not an error in printing and is not cause for a refund/exchange.
