My mug turned out great!! The image is clear, and printed in such a way that I am confident the design will survive a great many trips through the dishwasher. The seller was responsive, and worked with me on changes to the image so that it looked exactly how I wanted it. I'm very pleased, as is the recipient of the mug!!

I placed four different orders with the same image, as memorial gifts for family members. They are lovely and unique, and I'm sure my uncle's family will love them. There was a problem with shipping of one of them that took a little while to straighten out, hence less than 5 stars for shipping, BUT the seller stayed in contact with me the whole time, correcting the issues that came up, and it all worked out in the end. Good customer service is 50% of any purchase, so overall I highly recommend this vendor.
