Returns, Partial Refunds, and Full Refunds

Due to the size of our business, we do not accept return or refund requests. All items listed are final sale. However, if a customer believes they have recieved a damaged product, they may request a replacement. All replacements are dispatched upon the request that the customer returns the damaged product via post or damages the product enough to render it useless. See our policy below for what qualifies as damaged or defective. International orders do not qualify for replacements and may only recieve a partial refund or discount code that can be applied to future purchases. Refunds and discount codes will be determined on a case by case basis. Refunds and exchanges are unavailable for items purchased more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged/Defetive Items

Before your order is shipped, we always do a quality check all of our items before packaging them. On rare instances, damage can occur during processing and shipping. If you receive any items that are damaged or defective, please reach out to us at shop@iridescentfairytale.com and include with photos of the item and your order number. We will email you back with an update on your order. All requests for replacements of damaged items must be placed within 10 days of the package delivery date.

What counts as damaged/defective?

Small blemishes, residues, or scratches under 1 inch in size, and/or any damage sustained after unboxing or during international shipping does not qualify for replacement. Damage on the blank side of art prints and posters does not qualify for damage due to the damage not affecting use. Damage on dust jacket flaps under 4mm in width or height does not qualify for damage due to the damage not being visible while the product is displayed. Please reach out to us with photos of the damaged items if you would like to inquire about replacement. We reserve the right to request products be further damaged to qualify for shipped replacements.
