Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy complies with regulations, including The EU Omnibus Directive law, which exempts made-to-order businesses like mine from mandatory return requirements. You may request a cancellation within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase by messaging me directly. Requests received after 48 hours cannot be accommodated. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
