I could not receive the product because I am not at the address. what should I do?

The cargo companies we ship to will come several times to deliver the products to your address. We follow all of our shipments until they reach you as much as we can. In case of a problem, we will contact you and the cargo company. You can contact your transportation company to get faster results. ‣ Products that are not received despite all efforts are either destroyed by cargo companies or returned to us. See "Return Policy and Fees" below for details.

About Cancellations & Returns

-Returned products must be sent by paying the shipping fee. -Tracking numbers of the products sent should be shared with us and sent to be delivered to us. ‣ Additional costs of ours (transportation, repair, re-stocking, customs tax, etc.) will be deducted. ‣ For returns, the product must be sent in a way that prevents it from breaking while being sent to us, otherwise a refund cannot be made.

How should product delivery be? and What kind of solution is found for broken products?

Our products are packed in special protective packaging. For a healthy delivery, please open the package in front of the courier, since our products are fragile products. If there is a defect in it, please make a report to the courier. Broken products are not refundable. However, if you can send the photo the same product to us with the report, it can be sent back to you at no additional cost. Otherwise, delivery cannot be made.

Can I change the coloring of the product?

We have many options in our products, but if you still need something customized to your requirements, we can custom design our products for you. For this, you just need to write us your requests.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Since we need to ensure that the statues you order arrive safely, lots of bubble wrap and packaging material must surround it. For this reason it is difficult to gift wrap our products. However, we are more than happy to add a written message from you attached to the present you bought. You can include this message on the note to seller section of your order.

Please note that any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to our studio, we will not be able to issue a refund.
