Customer service regarding sending proofs before items were shipped to me was good. A spelling mistake was caught and fixed quickly and I received order in a timely manner. Items matched description, advertised photos, and expectations initially; however, upon first use, inside layer of cases cracked, causing sharp plastic edges on the interior of the cases…I had ordered two cases and this happened with both within the first two days of using them. So disappointed! Unusable because they will scratch the glasses and/ or children using the cases. So, while coloring and presentation was what I had hoped, I cannot recommend this.
