Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins at no charge. If an order is cancelled after a shipping label has been generated but before the package has shipped, a $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders Not Received / Lost Packages

International orders: Claims must be made within 90 days of the shipment date, as international deliveries may be delayed due to customs or local postal services. All orders are shipped with tracking. Customers are encouraged to check tracking updates, mailboxes, neighbors, and local post offices or customs offices before contacting us.
