Customer Service is OK. Thank goodness I got the package on time. I was more worried about my postal Service delivery versus the sellers delivery. After reviewing the product, my honest opinion is that he did not hand make this. This looks like it’s a product that came from overseas mostly because the packaging that it came in was definitely not the type of packaging an Etsy seller would use. It looks nothing like the picture as far as the coloring and of course it had greasy stuff all over it. I’ll let my son-in-law decide what he really thinks.

I spoke with the vendor before it arrived because it is a gift and I wanted it on time. Several emails back and forth, it arrived a head of schedule and it’s a wonderful gift. My husband will love it.

Ulu Knife .....Again, (see my first review of my first Ulu purchase) a great piece of form and function; and I'll add artistry. This is a gift for my son and he will be well pleased to have this in his kitchen. Thanks for a great product and a great transaction. A+ and a credit to Etsy. And as I have found out. This "sale" will not end. It's their price period. Why they feel they have to lie is beyond me. They have a good product. No need to deceive....
