COLLAR COLORS: This is a nylon webbing collar. Colors available are shown in 3rd photo. Not all colors are available in all widths - please refer to drop-down menu when adding to the cart.

PERSONALIZATION COLORS: Shown in 4th and 5th photos. Contrasting colors show better than similar shades. If you are undecided between colors, unlimited proofs are available after purchase. If you DO NOT choose a color, either white or black will be used, depending on your collar color and this is at the shop's discretion.

SIZING: If only a standard size is given (small, medium, etc), I start the monogram on the left hand side of the collar and curving around the neck so the chances of the adjustable slider hitting the phone number are at a minimum. I cannot guarantee the slider won't hit the monogram if I am only given a standard size. If you give me a current collar size (measured lying flat from buckle end to buckle end - please note that this is NOT the dog's neck size), that can help combat any text being covered up. If your dog has a very small neck size, the personalization may take up a good portion of the collar. PLEASE NOTE giving a neck size WILL affect the adjustable range of the collar. If you want a full size range, DO NOT give a neck size. ANY questions at all, please contact us before purchase.

FONT CHOICE: 3rd photo. If you are undecided between fonts, we offer proofs of possible fonts after purchase. Please note some fonts are skinnier than others and do not show as well in smaller type. Font choice can also affect the length of your personalization so if your dog has a small neck size, it is best to choose a thinner font. If you DO NOT choose a font, the "Wrigley" font is default. ANY questions at all, please contact us before purchase.

SENSITIVE-SKINNED OR SHORT-COATED DOGS: These are solid nylon webbing collars and the edges are normally turned inwards so they don't show on the outside of the collar. I can turn the edges outwards, however, for sensitive-skinned and short-coated dogs where edges could pose an irritation issue. Please note in the text box if you'd like edges turned outwards.

Please include the following in the Notes at Checkout:
1) Your dog's approximate neck size where their collar currently sits, approximate breed, or standard size. If you give a neck size, the collar will have a custom adjustable range to fit your dog best and still show the monogram. If you give a standard size only, I cannot guarantee the adjustable slider will not cover any part of the monogram. If your dog is a puppy, please let me know that, as well.
2) Monogram Details - Please list EXACTLY how you want it embroidered, including if you want CAPITALS, Proper Name, or lowercase (for example: HARLEY 444-333-4000 if you want all capitals).
3) Font choice. If you do not choose a font, the "Wrigley" font will be used.
4) Color preference for personalization. If you do not choose an embroidery color, white or black will be used.
5) Buckle Color. If you do not choose a color, black will be used.

COLOR VARIANCE NOTE | Due to internet browsers and human eyes interpreting colors differently, we do offer physical samples of any webbing or fabric for a small fee. For this reason, we do not refund for color variance from photos. For a physical sample, contact us.

A NOTE ON PACKAGE DELIVERY: We offer both USPS and UPS for package delivery. Our default carrier is USPS, but you can upgrade to UPS at checkout under "Shipping Options." If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, we will contact USPS to obtain the GPS coordinates of the package delivery. Please contact us within 2 days of the non-receipt of the package. Please note we do not replace stolen packages that were delivered correctly.

A NOTE ON SHIPMENT OPTIONS: USPS can be VERY slow in delivery. Please note we do not make any claims on how quickly USPS will deliver once the shipment has been received by USPS. We also cannot make any delivery move faster once USPS has received the shipment. If you are wanting quicker delivery, please choose UPS as a shipping option at checkout. They generally deliver within 1 day - a week from shipment receipt, depending on location in the US. These delivery options only apply to delivery, not processing timeline.
