About returns & Shipping costs

Shipping costs are a non-refundable service. *I do not return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged. Shipping is a third-party service and out of my hands, therefore, when you return an item, I will refund you for the item itself, minus the shipping cost. *Please double-check that you insert your address correctly. When a package gets sent back to me due to an incorrect address, I get charged for that return shipping cost. This cost will then be deducted from your original purchase. I will then contact you to ask if you'd like the items to be sent back to you, at your own expense. Thanks for your understanding! Important Message for U.S. Customers: Due to recent changes in U.S. tariff policies, and the uncertainty these have created, I’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily not accept returns from U.S. orders.
