It is my goal to process, package and ship your order within 48 hours to make sure you recieve you items as soon as possible. Tracking info is updated the minute I print out a shipping label. After your order is shipped, I cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable. If it is returned due to incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to repay shipping fees to reship the items. This custom patch is amazing, I asked for unofficial BSA position patch as a joke in our troop, and had no idea for image. I couldn't have thought up what was presented. Highly recommend shop and customer service is amazing too.
