Beautifully Hand crocheted Henrietta Highland Coo with a flower garland.

A Highland Coo hat without flowers is another well loved design. Other cow designs shown here are in Black and White or Brown, with or without a flower.

Handcrafted with chunky yarn and with earflaps so it is beautifully warm and cosy.

Children and adults love these hats, which are generous in sizing. I personally don’t like wearing tight hats and I think that maybe that’s why children often don’t like hats too. But the design of these ones with earflaps means they don’t have to be a really snug fit to stay on. So a double bonus, they stay on and are lovely and warm, and will last for a very long time as a child grows. And I’m sure the fun element in the animal design helps too.

Each hat will come beautifully gift wrapped in tissue paper and tied with ribbon, at no extra charge with Annie’s compliments.

Hat Sizing
I personally don’t like tight fitting hats, so when I make my hats, I make them to fit without much stretching.
This makes them very comfortable to wear, and if for a child, will last as they grow - the hat will then stretch.

So the approximate sizes I make to are:

0-6 months
Circumference 15”
Hat height 5”

6-12 months
Circumference 17”
Height 5.5”

1-5 years:
Circumference 19”
Hat height 6.5”

6-12 years:
Circumference 20/21”
Hat Height 6.5”

Teen
Circumference 21/22”
Hat height 7.5”

Small Adult/Lady
Circumference 23”
Hat height 7.5”

Larger Adult/Man
Circumference 24”
Hat height 7.75”

The hat height is from the top/crown of the head to above the eyebrows.
