Vintage from the 1970s

♥ Vintage Mod Neon Bright Orange CAT BANK, circa 1970's.

♥ Kitschy, large-eyed Kitty bank has a mod groovy flower design on front with a neon Pink flower center. Hand painted plaster ware retro coin bank with original stopper.

SIZE: Approx. 8" tall

♥ In good, clean condition. No chips. A couple of spots near slot seem to be little areas that didn't get painted. A little bit of antiqued finish 'ala 1970's style. Stopper is hardened. I have not removed it. Neck on cat is approx. 1" across, I don't think a quarter would fit down it. Has a big tummy though, approx. 3 1/2" across.

Neon orange color didn't come through as well as I wanted it to in pics, it just looks dark orange. I think someone painted bright orange over yellow to get the neon effect.
