Do you offer Custom work?

Unfortunately, I am not open to custom requests at this moment in time. I am happy to make slight variations of the items I already have in my shop for example things like sourcing a different gemstone or crystal color (depending on availability) or switching up the leather color or size.

I take the extra step to coat each jewellery piece I make with a thin layer of museum wax to protect against tarnish, as well as to protect pieces with patina from rubbing off on clothing and skin. Inevitably all wire (plated wires, copper, silver filled and sterling silver will tend to tarnish and darken over time, due to air exposure. copper, Silver filled and sterling silver pieces can be buffed with a jewelers cloth to remove tarnish so that they are restored back to that shiny silver. (Plated wires need to be polished with care to prevent base wire show) To ensure longer life of your piece do the following: 1) Remove jewelry while bathing, showering, swimming 2) store the piece in an airtight zip lock bag when not in use.

I always aim to match the picture in the listing however because the items are handmade no two products are ever 100% identical. As a result please allow for some very MINOR differences. I use raw veg tanned genuine leather tooling hides. These hides have natural "blemishes" and small imperfections in them. I do my best to avoid them but you may find small "scars" and "scratches" in the leather. (This is part of what gives each leather piece it's own unique character!) Every leather hide absorb dyes differently and as a result your item may end up looking slightly darker or lighter. All of my leather is sourced from tanneries that support ethical animal farming practices!

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

I understand "changes of heart" can happen and thus do allow for exchanges and returns to accommodate you. ***Certain conditions apply to returns and exchanges so please review my RETURNS & EXCHANGES policy below to familiarize yourself with these.*** If there is a problem with your item please contact me ASAP via "Etsy messages" so I can assist & provide an appropriate solution! (In the event you wish to return an item all "tags" must still be intact and I MUST be notified first.

I ship via Canada Post- first class air mail. **SHIPPING ESTIMATES FOR YOUR COUNTRY** CANADA: 7-14 business days USA: 2-4 weeks EUROPE: 3-5 weeks UNITED KINGSOM-3-5 weeks EVERYWHERE ELSE-3-6 weeks (the above are estimates and do not account for possible delays at customs). **IMPORTANT:** Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and updated on your Etsy profile (I will only ship to this address). If the package is returned to me due to buyer error I can not refund the original shipping costs. If you want me to resend the package you will need to pay the shipping again. PROCESSING TIMES ON LISTINGS

Please be aware of the processing times on the listings. This is the time it takes for me to prepare an order PRIOR to dispatch. Processing times vary anywhere from 1-3 business days to 3- 5 business days depending on the listing. MOST of my listing will dispatch in 2-5 business days, but do make sure to check. If you are under a time sensitive deadline feel free to shoot me a message- depending how busy I am I may be able to get it out a little quicker!

LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT

If an item is lost in the mail, please contact me as soon as possible! You will need to provide your phone number and email address to me so that I can submit an insurance claim on your behalf and so the shipping company can contact you. Your full cooperation is required in the process otherwise the claim will be voided and closed without compensation. If your order was damaged in the post you must send me detailed photos of the item and original shipping package/box immediately upon receiving. There may be a slight delay in the processing of a refund while the postal system investigates. NOTE: I can not issue refunds for lost packages marked as "delivered". Please ensure that your shipping address is secure.

You MUST contact me first to request an exchange or return. Buyer pays return shipping cost. I am not liable for lost\un-returned packages in the mail that were sent with a buyer's own shipping methods, (i recommend to use insured\tracked services). WHERE APPLICABLE: Upon the safe return of the item, the buyer will be refunded the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost. Items must be returned to me in the ORIGINAL CONDITION they were received (including any item "tags" which must still be attached). If the item is returned damaged, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund. customized items (custom size, specific request/alterations, ect) are not eligible for return or exchange.

WHERE APPLICABLE: In the event a return or exchange is requested a "Re-stocking fee" may apply. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE, (This is Etsy's wording). Listings with "free shipping" imply that "shipping is included". If the cost of shipping is INCLUDED in the purchase price and the buyer decides to return the item within the shop policy returns window, the refund will reflect a a RE-STOCKING fee equal to the amount we actually paid to ship the item to you. (We will provide a shipping receipt as proof of shipping cost and for transparency purposes so that you can decide if you want to proceed. Listings where buyer paid shipping: The refund will reflect the purchase price minus any original shipping costs.
