The item arrived without the screw/bolt to attach the key. We purchased this to help our father who has limited dexterity, and while a bolt may seem like a small thing, it’s a big lift to find the right thing on top of everything else. It took about a month for the item to arrive. It’s a great idea, and we’ll see how it works. EDITED TO ADD: Since leaving this review, the seller reached out to me right away and will be including the screw with future purchases.
