If I want to buy your masks today can you guarantee they arrive in next week?

I'm so sorry I can not guarantee for standard shipping. it depend on how busy of USPS, After I drop them at the post office they are out of my control. BUT USPS guarantee for priority mail 2-4 business days. I would recommended priority mail if you are really need to use them on time.

No They are BRAND NEW well made kid masks.sorry for make you are confusing. I have been selling my boy's used stuff on this shop too. and we are selling kid masks on this pandemic also.

Which sizes (XS or S) will fit for my petite 6 year old?

Please measure your kid face from the size chart. even on the size chart has an age suggestion BUT any kid has a different face shape. GOOD mask should cover from the bridge of your nose to under your chin.

What should I do when my package status "delivered" today but I did not receive it?

In my experience 99% for this issue you will receive your package in next few business days. If you are still waiting for it after few days, the best way for this issue is contract your local USPS in person or if you could not please contact me to help you fill out a USPS missing package form. The USPS clark will contract you back soon.

What can I do when my package stuck on the way a week? What is your process about this issue?

Unfortunately for standard shipping doesn't have any insurance with USPS and small business can not take all responsibility for shipping issue. BUT Etsy will help seller and buyer deal with this problem at the end. for this situation my shop process is 1. help a customer fill out a missing package for notice your local USPS (they will contract you back) 2.if nothing update in couple business days after fill out the form Please contract Etsy support 1844-6593879 (eastern time) to explain about this issue and Etsy will REFUND for it 3. for my apologies I will give a 50% off coupon for your next purchase.
