Customising this is very simple, all you need to do is edit the Canva template, and edit your RSVP template which will connect to your Google Sheets account.

❤ HOW IT WORKS:

1. After completing your purchase, you will see a PDF download link on your Etsy order page (it will be emailed as well).

2. The PDF will contain a link to your Canva template. If you don’t have a Canva account, registration is fast and free.

3. The fillable Google form template is already done for you and will open from the Canva template. All you need to do is customise it to your requirements and publish it.


When you send your guests a link to your website, they’ll be able to click the ‘RSVP’ button which will direct them to the form page.

Once they fill the form, you’ll be able to view any responses on your Google Sheets account.

A video instruction is also included in your download, so your website and form will be ready in no time!

❤ NOTE on URL and domain name:

Your published Canva website URL will have a default canva url ending, for example 'wedding.my.canva,site'. This is completely free and included in your Canva template. If you wish to have a custom URL, you can link your own domain name (if you already have one purchased from elsewhere) or purchase one directly from Canva.
