They measured from a few inches to over six feet and could swim or crawl on the ocean floor. After they died, their shells would lie on the ocean floor and became as hard as stone over many years. These amazing fossils date back to over 400 million years ago.

Fossils are known to assist in helping us move forward during transitional times in our lives. They help us to understand and move through the process of change to bring about personal growth.
