Amazing customer service and shipping. The duck looked great in our pool and was functioning great for a few days while it floated upright. Some water got inside the duck portion and now it only floats on its side keeping the thermometer horizontal on the top of the water. As a solution we removed the thermometer from the duck and it functions in the pool fine while the duck sits on the side of the pool. Not ideal but maybe we got a lemon.
