My fabulous plant was stuck in Wisconsin USPS warehouse for five days in the dead of winter, that should say it all. I just new my long sought after plant was black mush, but not the case. The winter prep. that was given this plant was incredible!!! The packaging was so awesome, that I think it took me ten minutes to just get to the plant. When I finally got to the plant I couldn't believe my eyes. My plant survived and is doing wonderful. I couldn't be more happy!!! Outstanding customer service!!! Very happy with my purchase.
