How will I receive my crochet pattern?

Once your payment is processed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. You can also find your files by going to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews and clicking "Download Files" next to your order.

Can I download my pattern on the Etsy app?

No, Etsy does not support digital downloads through the mobile app. To access your files, open Etsy in a web browser (on your phone or computer), go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews, and download your files from there.

I can’t find my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews on Etsy and download your files from there. If you're having trouble, feel free to message me!

Can I sell the finished items made from your patterns?

Yes! You’re welcome to sell items made using my patterns, but please credit my shop as the pattern designer in your listings or product descriptions. Mass production and redistribution of my patterns are not allowed.

Do you offer refunds on digital patterns?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you have any issues with your pattern, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!

Can I share or resell your patterns?

No, all patterns are for personal use only. Copying, distributing, or reselling my patterns (in part or in full) is strictly prohibited.

Do you offer pattern support if I get stuck?

Absolutely! If you have any questions or need clarification, just send me a message, and I’ll be happy to assist you.

What should I do if I fall in love with the pattern I buy?

Embrace it! Make it in every color, tell all your friends, and if you really can't stop thinking about it—don’t worry, I totally understand. That’s the magic of crochet!
