* important * tote bags should be cleaned in cold water and by hand. In case of washing them in a washing machine, a short program and always in cold water. It’s also very important to dry the tote bag where it’s not in direct sunlight to prevent the colors from fading. And always iron them inside out to avoid damaging the textile vinyl.
They are products created by hand and therefore are more sensitive than any printed bag, you just have to be a little more careful when using them.

There are two types of shipping available:

STANDARD SHIPPING: ordinary shipping that does not have a tracking number and, therefore, is free. However, by selecting this type of shipment we will not be able to locate the package and we will lose its trace once I send it. Therefore, I am not responsible if you do not receive your order since I cannot claim it from the transport company.

CERTIFIED SHIPPING: certified shipping WITH TRACKING NUMBER. It is more expensive but it is worth paying a little more and knowing the status of the package at all times.

Orders are shipped from Spain, so I ask for your understanding if the international shipment is not so fast.
