Once the order has been shipped, we'll provide you with a link for a tracking number so you can track your package.
We ship to your Etsy address, so please ensure that the address provided is correct.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or unclaimed packages or customs delays.
Please note that any taxes or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary from country to country.

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly refund it, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order so we can give you instructions for return shipping. The shoes must be in their original unworn condition. Once we receive them we will issue you a refund you will be responsible for paying for the return postage to ship the item back to us and the original shipping charges that are non-refundable, please use registered regular mail, not courier service.
EXCHANGES
If there is a problem with your shoes we will gladly exchange them as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving them. The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that we will send you the replacement at our own expense you will just have to pay for the return postage. To ship the item back to us, please use registered regular mail, not courier service.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations 24 hours after placing the order.
