Our classically elegant, vintage inspired floral frame save the date cards are the perfect way to announce your upcoming wedding, and create an eye-catching and memorable first impression when your guests open their envelopes.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your quantity and addressing option.
2. In the 'Add Your Personalization' box, please enter all the required details and complete checkout.
3. If you have chosen to add envelope addressing, we'll send you a link to a private addressing spreadsheet to fill in with all of your guest addressing details.
4. Your custom proofs will be provided within 1—3 business days of receiving your proofs.
5. After proof approval, production begins and we'll email when your order ships!

THE FINER DETAILS

Flat printed onto a stunning and slightly textured 130lb A2- sized cotton card and paired with luxury cotton envelopes in your choice of colour.

Includes two (2) rounds of revisions and digital proofs. Additional rounds of revisions can be purchased if required, at a cost of $20CAD per round. When your proofs are ready for review, kindly reply within 3 business days with your approval or list of revisions to avoid delays in production time.

Please double (or even triple!) check your proofs for any errors or misspellings. Protea Paper Co is not responsible for any misspelled words or incorrect information, and will not refund or reprint orders with errors not caught by the client during proofing.

It’s never too early to start! Typical turnaround times are 6—8 weeks, but this can fluctuate greatly depending on time of year (wedding season is always the busiest!) and depending on whether or not you add any printing upgrades or custom details.

We always recommend erring on the side of ordering earlier and then mailing them out whenever your timeline suggests it.

Keep in mind, when ordering invitations you want to count addresses, and not actual guests. We also recommend ordering an extra 5—10 invitation suites to account for keepsakes and any late guest additions.

We strongly recommend ordering a few additional suites to take into account any last minute additions. Adding additional suites after production can be costly.

We ask that all clients double check proofs with extra care before giving final approval. Any mistakes after printing will be the responsibility of the client, including: misspellings, incorrect details, and punctuation/grammatical errors,

Protea Press will only reprint an order if:
i) the items received do not match the final approved proofs (minute colour variations notwithstanding); or,
ii) there was an error made on behalf of our printer or production partners

After proof approval, we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors. By giving final approvals, the client accepts all responsibility for the information, design, and colour choices as shown. Reprint costs and reshipping will be the responsibility of the client.
