I do not offer returns or exchanges, however, should an issue arise, please contact me to work with you to resolve it. My top priority is customer satisfaction and I will do my best to assure that.

Custom and personalized orders

I happily accept custom requests, as long as the materials are available to me. I will communicate with you throughout the entire process, and send a photo of the completed project for your approval. Pricing varies based on request and materials required.

My wreaths are made with high quality florals and bases. Florals are always double~checked before shipping to be sure everything is secure. Any pieces being displayed outdoors should be hung in a dry, well~covered area. Direct exposure to the elements will cause damage to wreaths. Sunlight may cause fading over time. These are considered delicate pieces and as long as they are handled and stored with care, you should have them to enjoy for years to come.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every item is carefully packed. Eco-friendly and/or biodegradable shipping materials are used whenever possible. Items are shipped out as quickly as possible.

Once an order is shipped, any delays are unfortunately out of my control. I will always follow~up and work with you to try and resolve any issue that may arise.
